They say that the key to good sales is the ability to talk. At Time Events we look beyond talking, preferring to be great listeners as we are fully aware that the key to creating the best possible event is the ability to listen to you the customer.

We need to listen to what you want to achieve from your event so that we can understand your needs in order to create the right event for you.

By combining your knowledge of your customers, suppliers and/or staff with our expertise, experience and a worldwide network of industry contacts, we are able to interpret and fulfil your requirements.

With more than 80 years combined experience of national and international event organisation, we are amply equipped to tailor each event to suit the individuality of your customers.

Throughout the planning stages you event will be individually managed by Paul, Russell or Jane (larger events will be managed by a combination thereof). Good communication is vital throughout, but the investment of time, especially at the planning stage, is often the essence of a successful event. Advance attention to detail allows us to foresee and recognise potential problems which would otherwise manifest on the day.

Occasionally, problems beyond anyone’s control can occur despite the most careful planning. This is when you need Time Events on your side to manage the situation for you – keeping you informed, acting professionally, showing empathy and ingenuity to manage and overcome the problem.
